Deposit/Cancellation Policy: We require a 1 night or 1/3 deposit (whichever is greater). This is applied to the last days of your stay. No refund for late arrivals or early check-outs. No cancellations due to weather. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, no refund of deposit (60 days for weekly reservation and special events/holidays). If you cancel 30 or more days in advance of scheduled arrival, a $30.00 fee will be retained per unit (60 days for weekly reservation and special events/holidays).
Payment Policy: Full payment is due at check-out time on day of departure. Reservations of 1 week or longer, full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations for Christmas, New Year's, Snowmobile Derby, Pond Hockey, and Camp Weekends, full payment is due 60 or more days prior to arrival.
No pets please. (unless prior arrangements have been made)
