Deposit/Cancellation Policy: We require a 1 night or 1/3 deposit (whichever is greater). This is applied to the last days of your stay. No refund for late arrivals or early check-outs. No cancellations due to weather. If you cancel less than 30 days (60 days for reservations of 7 nights or more) prior to your scheduled arrival, there is no refund of deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days in advance of scheduled arrival (60 days for reservations of 7 nights or more), a $30.00 fee will be retained per unit.
Payment Policy:Full payment is due at check-in time on day of arrival. Reservations of 1 week or longer, full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations for Christmas, New Year's, Snowmobile Derby, Pond Hockey, and Camp Weekends, full payment is due 60 or more days prior to arrival.
